50 minutes classes: Our Hockey Skate program is designed for hockey players aged 7-12 looking to enhance their skating skills. This program is ideal for players with some skating experience, focusing on agility, balance, edge control, and coordination.

Class Overview:

• Develop foundational skating skills: forward and backward skating, turning, stopping, and crossovers

• Master movement skills: forward and backward gliding, direction changes, and transitions

• Learn the four basic turns: forward outside, forward inside, backward outside, and backward inside

• Perform crossovers to generate speed and smooth transitions

• Strengthen forward and backward edges through targeted drills
