General Policy

Rules and Regulations
All participants must adhere to the policies, rules, and regulations of The Skating Studio, as well as those of the arena and associated facilities. It is the responsibility of each participant to review and comply with these guidelines at all times.

1. Acknowledgment of Policies
   By registering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by The Skating Studio's Policies, Procedures, Rules, Regulations, and Publicity Consent and Release, as outlined on our website.

2. Liability Disclaimer
   The Skating Studio, its coaches, and directors are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring on or off the ice.

3. Class Cancellations and Refunds
   The Skating Studio is not responsible for class cancellations due to unavailable ice. Refunds are not provided. Notices regarding changes in ice time will be posted on the website and/or notice board, subject to availability. Sessions with low registrations may be cancelled at our discretion.

4. Parental Responsibility
   Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children while at the arena. Children must not be left unattended. Additionally, parents are not permitted to coach from the sidelines or over the boards.

5. Program Modifications
   Schedules and programs are subject to change or cancellation as necessary.
